Your Wedding Cake - A Marriage of Sugar and Dreams You have probably at sometime dreamed of your wedding day and how everything would be decorated and of course, the yummiest part, your wedding cake! The wedding cake will be the focal point of your reception and will be remembered long after your celebration day has come to a close. You should put as much thought and planning into your cake as you do for all aspects of your wedding day. I recommend a tasting and design appointment at least six months before your wedding.

You can do some research in wedding magazines, books, and on the internet for ideas of what you do and don't want for your cake. Bring these ideas with you when you meet with me. In choosing your wedding cake style you want to think about how you have pictured your cake, the theme and colors of your wedding, all of these can be used in designing your cake.

Then the really fun part of choosing your wedding cake, set up a tasting with me and together we can choose the flavor or flavors that are right for you.
